These terms are between you and DealGofer. If we have a separate written agreement with you — a contract, an order form, a membership or enrollment agreement — that agreement governs where the two disagree.

Where this site offers accounts, you are responsible for what happens under yours and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it. You must give accurate information when you register and keep it current.
