Shipping & Delivery Policy

We prepare orders on working days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are picked up the next working day.

Once your order is on its way we will let you know, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the timing is theirs: weather, volume and local conditions all move it.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier and keep you informed.

Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Any duties or import taxes for deliveries outside our own country are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in what you pay us.

We ship to the address you give us. Please check it: an order sent to a mistyped address is not something we can usually recover, and a re-send may have to be paid for again.

If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund of the goods.

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and tell us as soon as you can, with a photo if possible. If it does not arrive at all, tell us and we will open a claim with the carrier. Either way you are not out of pocket for it (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
