Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
What happens when you want your money back, or want to stop.
Orders and cancellations
An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it. Until we confirm, you may cancel by contacting us and nothing will be charged.
Once an order is confirmed and being prepared, tell us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Whether we can stop it depends on how far along it is, and we will be straight with you about that.
Returns and refunds
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right: a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. We will cover the cost of returning it.
For a change of mind, contact us within a reasonable period of receiving the item and, if it comes back to us unused and in resaleable condition, we will refund it. Return postage for a change of mind is yours.
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from. Once we process one, how quickly it appears is up to your bank, usually a few working days.
What we cannot refund
Some things cannot reasonably be returned: perishable goods, items made or personalized to your specification, and anything sealed for hygiene reasons that has been opened.
Where a service has already been performed, or a booked slot has passed, the fee for it stands. None of this affects your legal rights where something is faulty.
How to ask
Contact us using the details at the end of this policy. Tell us what you bought, when, and what is wrong. You do not need to quote a policy at us: a plain description is enough, and a person will read it.
How to reach us
Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold, go to Deal Gofer.
Use the contact form on this site and we will come back to you.
